Facilities

At Kenyan American Community Church, we have a facility suitable for hosting personal and public events within the community.
We have rooms available for rent for business meetings, workshops, seminars, banquet dinners, birthday parties, anniversary parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, worship events, crusades, memorial services, graduation parties etc.
Tables and chairs are provided and set for your event. You are responsible for table covers and decorations.

Room, Seating Capacity and Rental fee Chart:

Sanctuary 300 $ 100.00 Per Day
Conference 25 $ 100.00 Per Day
Choir- Room 50 $ 100.00 Per Day
Great Hall & Kitchen 500 $ 750.00
Conference 2nd floor $ 75.00 Per Day
Kitchen only $ 250.00 - 4 hrs

Reservations can be made online, by phone or walk-in.

To rent the Great Hall Auditorium will be $750.00 per day.
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00, which will be applied toward the total balance of the Event, is due along with the signed reservation form to secure the premises for the scheduled event.
An additional 40% is due thirty days before the scheduled event and the remaining 60% of the balance is due seven-business days before the scheduled event.
If any additional expenses are incurred, an invoice will be issued within three business days of the close of the event.
Final payment will be due within seven days of the close of the event.

Facility Management will contact you concerning your request within the next 3 business days to confirm receipt of your request and discuss any further information you may need.

Facility Use Policy

  • All events shall have to be approved by the Church Administration office.
  • Time: All events must be scheduled to end by 10:00 pm
  • All events are confirmed once the fees are paid.
  • Alcohol is not permitted on church premises.
  • Wedding events and conferences will require additional childcare reservation.
  • While own caterers are welcome; they must check with the office before the scheduled event.
